Last night the Dodgers tried very hard - but, obviously, not hard enough - to catch the D'Backs in the final 3 innings of the game.
However - the single run and 2 run hoers given up in the 7th and the eighth innings have condemned the Dodgers to the 10th consecutive regular season loss to Arizona.
Tonight - the Dodgers will send a veteran Hill to the mound while the D'Backs will encounter with Walker.
It doesn't matter how you toss the stats of the pitchers - Walker's numbers are way better than Hill's. But, then, the odds have gone an opposite way and became uncomfortable for ML on the Dodgers with the juicy -175 odds.
On the other hand - that wouldn't be happening if there was much doubt who will win today. For us it is a system play and it is a shame last night the -155 odds play had to lose. Well, pro handicapping dictates the slow movement up in the bankroll alongside the swift one.
We did well since SBS is in play and although yesterday was only the second time on 11 occasion we did not win quantitatively (9 days winning quantitatively and money wise as well and 2 days with tied results losing on juice) - the system plays always came thru. 3 times straight up. Once in the second leg and once in the third. This is the second leg and since last night we had a winner in Boston and the loss in LA, today's system is designated to get that loss back and leave the sole winner of yesterday as the winner of the day.
We go with the Dodgers here to break the regular season spell against Arizona with 3 units while tomorrow we have a shot at the third leg as well.
