The Red Sox will welcome the Orioles for the opener of a four game series at the Fenway Park.
The 10-2 Red Sox will send Eduardo Rodriguez - a former Orioles pitcher - to the mound. Rodriguez is 3-5 with a 4.67 ERA against his old team.
But, the story of the night is Chris Tillman who on one hand has a great record against the Red Sox and at the same time hasn't won a game in MLB since last May 7. He has played 20 games since going 0-9. And, at yhe same time he sports the record of 10-4 with a 3.03 ERA lifetime against the Red Sox, 5-1 with a 2.39 ERA at Fenway Park. Amazing... Well, not so much. The key to this pick is that Tillman that won against the Red Sox. His velocity is tremendously down and is under 90 mph.
If the Red Sox would want - they will win this game easily. I believe in our system as the SBS clearly pointed at this game as the best system play tonight.
We will go with careful 2 unit play on the run line for the Red Sox being assured they will belt at least one RL win during the 4 game series at home.
